Ok, this is kind of cool. A home movie from 1931.
My first thought was how-in-the-world ... the technology was not too widespread, but here it is a road trip to Florida and beyond captured in a silent home movie.
It takes you from Indiana to Florida and up the east coast. There are title pages which keep you in the loop, but one warning. The music was added after the fact and you need to turn it down. If you don't you will tempted to toss your phone or laptop out a window. The film has been rescanned and it appears it was shot in 16mm, but some may have actually been shot in 24mm. Go figure.
This is fun to watch.
