I will put it plainly ... God is on his side. When Mat Staver, Founder & Chairman of Liberty Counsel, makes an argument before the U.S. Supreme Court he does not lose. Wednesday he will argue before Florida's high court to keep the "abortion amendment" off of the ballot.
The amendment was worded the way illiberals word things ... ambiguously, broadly.
Short version: if this bill were to make the ballot it might pass and the result would be open season on babies in and out of the womb. This fact is undeniable (much to the chagrine of proponents) and Staver gave a brief overview of his argument keeping this from ever seeing the printing press of the Florida ballots.
