Over the last couple of years I have been part of panel discussions dealing with the murder of former FSU Law Professor Dan Markel. Monday, November 6, 2023 a jury of Charlie Adelson's peers found him guilty in just over three hours. The case, as I predicted, was so iron-clad, and brilliantly presented by State Prosecutor Georgia Cappleman, that the time spent was likely used to properly fill out the paperwork.
Those panel discussions came on a YouTube live channel called "Surviving The Survivor." It's hosted by Emmy award winning news producer Joel Waldman (Surviving) and his mother, Karmela (The Survivor). I was asked to join the live panel last night about halfway (54 minutes or so) into the live stream.
