As automation expands into the business world, sped up by the demand for a minimum wage increase, we can step back and have some fun first. Boston Dynamics has been long working for the U.S. Department of Defense developing robotics which can assist in combat and, in some cases, enter into potential combat as a replacement.
Its work is astounding, if not a little Terminator-esque.
Just remember the increase of the minimum wage will bring this tech into the marketplace sooner and more and more entry level and early level jobs will be handed over to robots over people. How will you feel about the "fight for $15" when your son, daughter, or friend is sitting in the unemployment line. Of course that is the whole idea.
