This is my kind of cooking. Give me some basics, some seasonings, some sauces and step back. I love taking prepared food to the next level. My kids still ask for how I make certain things they enjoyed as kids and the fun is they put their own spin on it. For me it started with my mom and who made simple dishes which became comfort food for me.
