Honestly, my apologetic against raising the minimum wage is spot on and irrefutable. However, it always helps to have help. In this case Prager U gives you a bite-sized primer from Andy Puzder, the former CEO of CKE Restaurants (aka: Carl's Junior and Hardee's).
The push for the alleged "living wage" is happening nationally and right here in Florida attorney John Morgan is behind the effort. Like he did with medical marijuana Morgan is looking to his own business interests either from an investment or litigation perspective. He does care one bit if this move drives thousands of businesses closed (and it will) or if it costs tens of thousands of jobs (it will).
You had better get in the game on this one or you, or someone you know and love, will be among those left without a chair when the music stops playing. Learn, use common sense, engage in conversations about around the dinner table - whether with your family, friends, or co-workers.
By the way...this type of issue is why Alexandria Ocasion Cortez has never and will never allow herself to engage in a debate or discussion with those who think differently. Her rhetoric is so vapid she would be exposed in literally minutes, if not seconds.
