In this post, the Judges, I will say this...I trust implicitly what the FFPC recommends because its President and General Counsel, John Stemberger, is one of the most respected attorneys in, not just Florida but, the United States. He has information and insight you and I will never have which is one of the inherent problems when voting on Judges.
There is just so little information, plus judicial candidates are limited in what they can answer.
UPDATE: I do not have the new graphic in jpeg format, but the FFPC has updated it's judicial list to support retention of 1st District Court of Appeal Judge Hemmerly Thomas. She is, in fact, a proven conservative with high regard for the 2nd Amendment.
All I can add is that 2nd Circuit nominee Lisa Barclay Fountain is a personal friend. Her integrity is beyond reproach and her values are in line with what I consider most important. She will act as a judge, not an activist. Lisa is a high quality candidate. This is not to suggest anything bad or derogatory about her opponent, only that my family and I have known Lisa personally for years and think very highly of her.
