(Miami, FL) - A Florida teenager is charged in his stepsister's death on a cruise ship off Miami.

Court documents revealed yesterday show Anna Kepner's 16-year-old stepbrother is charged with homicide.

The 18-year-old Kepner died while on a family cruise in November aboard the Carnival Horizon.

Her body was found under a bed by a housekeeper in her stateroom on the Carnival Horizon before it arrived in Miami.

A source tells CBS News the boy strangled Kepner during an argument, and alcohol may have been involved.
