Miami-Dade prosecutors are seeking justice for the victims of a Memorial Day weekend mass shooting from 2 years ago. Twenty-three people were shot, three killed in the gang-related gunfire outside the El Mula banquet hall off NW 186th Street.
Opening statements are set to start for Devonte Barnes, the man facing three counts of first-degree murder and 21 counts of attempted murder.
