Commissioner Joe Martinez says applications for emergency rental help open at 9 o'clock this morning and since there are only two physical offices accepting them he suggests you apply online. To be eligible to receive up to 3-thousand-dollars per month, a single person household must earn less than 50-thousand-dollars, 2-person-- less than 57, 3-person --less than 65, and a 4-person household less than 72-thousand. The money will come from stimulus funding. The application process is open indefinitely.
