WATCH: Social media mass shooting threat arrest in Gulfport FL.

GULFPORT -- Police arrested a 20-year-old man they say posted a video on social media, threatening a mass shooting, which is a second degree felony.

Officers say the video (linked) shows 20-year-old Ter'on Forrester taking out an AR-15 pistol with a scope, and pointing it at passing cars and buses on a busy roadway Saturday (26). The safety was off. Two marked police cars were nearby at the time.

The video was captioned "bored af" and "got 40 fa dey a--" followed by the laughing with tears emoji face. The video was taken from a backyard on 15th Avenue South in St. Petersburg. The area is near the border with Gulfport, which is 49th Street South.

Wednesday, Gulfport detectives, Pinellas deputies and ATF agents arrested Forrester and also issued him a Risk Protection Order, confiscating the AR-15 and ammunition. He didn't own the pistol but it wasn't stolen either. It was purchased legally. Forrester is in the Pinellas County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
