TAMPA -- This weekend brings a "reunion" for two people who "sort of" met at the Super Bowl.
Remember those cutouts that filled the stands during Super Bowl LV? One fan who was there in person bonded with another who was only there in spirit, and pixels... treating him like a long lost friend.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan L.J. Govoni decided to use social media to find the Kansas City Chiefs fan he named Frank -- real name Clayton Whipple of Des Moines Iowa. Govoni invited Whipple down to Florida in person, and an airline threw in a free plane trip. Whipple and his family will see the sights and visit Govoni's craft brewery over the weekend... closing the social distance between them.
