A private fundraiser was held in Palm Beach Sunday for Joe Biden in which the former Vice President and 2020 Democrat presidential candidate spoke via speakerphone.
His wife, Dr. Jill Biden, also phoned in for the event as they addressed questions from donors about how Biden would handle capital gains taxes and fix the Veterans Administration.
Biden also weighed in on the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and the toll they have had on veterans, who are experiencing high rates of suicide.
