Miami Dolphins Player Settles Legal Cases

A Miami Dolphins running back gets a big break from a Miami-Dade County judge.

Mark Walton will only have to serve six-months probation after he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor weapons charge. Under the plea deal, all other charges associated with three incidents have been dropped.

After a high speed police chase in March, Walton was not phased by a cop's taser and kept running. Officers found a gun and marijuana in his car.

Walton was also facing charges in connection to an incident with a Brickell neighbor over a cell phone and marijuana being found in his SUV during another traffic stop.
