An Ohio man is in trouble with the law after getting caught naked twice in the same day. Dayton police say Samuel Tumaini was initially arrested early Monday when he was seen naked and popping balloons on a street. Officers say he had just been released from a jail cell a short time before that and he was again detained. They say he also told them he took his clothes off because he was thirsty. His run-in with the law took another twist about 12 hours later when cops arrested him again for dancing naked at an intersection.
