The decision to not prosecute Joe Biden was based on this interview. Biden is guilty of many things and should be charged, but it would seem his mental decline was so great it was determined no jury would hold him accountable for, at least, willfully holding on to classified documents.
Most know, well at least I do, Biden is corrupt, He and his family (son, Hunter, brother James) ran a money-for-government influence business (aka: "Pay-to-Play" see Hillary Clinton). It was at work in China and Ukraine when "The Big Guy" was Vice-President (curious how those nations made out like bandits during "Joe's" time in office).
Even if we just walk away from the obvious, these tapes show conclusively Joe Biden was not only NOT running the nation, he was completely incapable, which leaves us with a massively troubling question.
