It is a growing, spreading problem. Random punks simply smash windows of vehicles and take what they can. California, Chicago, New York are obvious hot spots (um, all governed by Democrats), but it is spreadhing across the country.
The BLM "movement" (appropriate) has brought about the conditions for this to flourish because it has targeted law enforcement making some departments woefully understaffed and causing massive shortfalls in officers on the street. I mean who wants the job?
Still, this IS great viewing. There is a sense of retribution one can feel watching a really smart guy take on a problem plaguing his community and state (move to Florida already, Mark).
